- You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so, provided that Shopdibz customer service is intimated within 7 days of delivery of the Products to your address.
- The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Products or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Products. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
Exceptions may be considered in cases where the Product is received in a damaged condition, is defective, or is materially different from what was ordered, provided that such issues are reported within the 48-hour initiation period along with supporting evidence, where requested.
- In order for the Products to be eligible for a return:
- The Products were purchased in the last 14 days
- The Products are in the original packaging
- Product is unused and undamaged
- Product must have the receipt or proof of purchase

- Products made to Your specifications or clearly personalized
- Products which are not suitable for return, deteriorate rapidly, or have expired
- Products unsealed after delivery due to health protection or hygiene reasons
- Products which are inseparably mixed with other items after delivery
- We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Products may be refunded. Products on sale are not eligible for a refund unless required by applicable law.
Returning Products

Gifts
- If the Products were marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, You will receive a gift credit for the value of the return once the returned Product is received.
- If the Products were not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
To protect against misuse, fraud, and abuse of the returns and refunds process, Shopdibz reserves the right to monitor customer return behavior. In cases where we identify suspicious activity, excessive returns, false claims, item tampering, or violation of this policy, we may, at our sole discretion:
- Reject or cancel the refund or return request
- Require additional verification or supporting evidence
- Impose restrictions on future returns or refunds
- Suspend or permanently block the customer account
