ScrapItt is looking for talented and creative individuals in various disciplines, including artists, dancers, musicians, singers, photographers, debaters, chefs, and home cooks, to join our team as Content Creators (Influencers) for our social media platforms. As a Content Creator, you will play a crucial role in producing engaging and inspiring content that resonates with our audience and promotes ScrapItt's mission.

Responsibilities:

<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Content Creation: Develop and produce captivating content that showcases your unique talents, skills, and expertise. This may include creating artwork, dance routines, photography projects, debate discussions, culinary creations, cooking tutorials and etc.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Social Media Management: Manage your dedicated social media accounts on ScrapItt platform. Regularly post content, interact with followers, and utilize social media analytics to optimize performance.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Brand Representation: Serve as a brand ambassador for ScrapItt, embodying our values and vision in your content. Collaborate with the marketing team to align your content with ScrapItt's branding and messaging guidelines.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Collaboration and Networking: Collaborate with other influencers and content creators within the ScrapItt community to cross-promote content, participate in joint projects, and foster a sense of camaraderie.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Audience Engagement: Engage with your audience by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner. Foster meaningful connections with followers and create a supportive community around your content.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Trend Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging content formats relevant to your niche. Incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and challenges into your content strategy to increase visibility and engagement.</li>
<li style="line-height: 1.5;">Content Strategy: Develop and execute strategic content plans that align with ScrapItt's goals and objectives. Experiment with different content formats, styles, and storytelling techniques to keep your audience engaged and entertained.</li>

Requirements:

<li>Proficiency and demonstrated expertise in your respective discipline (e.g., art, dance, photography, debate, culinary arts etc).</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and the ability to convey ideas effectively through visual and verbal mediums.</li>
<li>Knowledge of social media platforms, content creation tools, and digital marketing principles.</li>
<li>Creativity, innovation, and a passion for storytelling.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Prior experience as an influencer or content creator on social media is preferred but not required.</li>
