When a brand enables reselling on Shopdibz, this agreement defines how that permission works, what resellers may do, and where responsibility stays with the brand.
Resellers may promote and sell approved brand products only through Shopdibz.
Brands stay responsible for accurate product information, pricing, imagery, and availability updates.
Permission may be withdrawn by the brand at any time through the platform.
Breach of policy may result in reseller access being removed immediately.
Grant Of Permission
By enabling the reselling feature in the Shopdibz panel, the brand grants registered resellers permission to resell its products through the Shopdibz platform.
- This permission covers use of product images and promotional material only for resale through Shopdibz.
- It does not authorize off-platform selling, misrepresentation, or brand usage outside approved marketplace activity.
Reseller Responsibilities
- Resellers must follow brand positioning and marketplace guidelines when sharing products.
- All product claims, pricing references, and representations must stay accurate.
- Sales activity is authorized only through Shopdibz unless separately approved by the brand.
Commission Structure
Resellers may earn commission on successful sales according to the structure active in their Shopdibz account.
Brand profits are not reduced by hidden platform-side adjustments. Any reseller margin comes from the reseller's own selling price context and approved marketplace mechanics.
Brand Responsibilities
- Provide accurate product titles, descriptions, prices, and images.
- Keep availability and product changes updated promptly.
- Support operational clarity where reseller-facing product information needs correction.
Withdrawal, Breach, And Updates
A brand may withdraw reseller permission at any time through Shopdibz, after which related promotion must stop.
Any violation of these terms may lead to immediate removal of reseller permission.
Shopdibz may revise this agreement from time to time, and continued use of the platform after updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
