Creator Program Policy
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for joining the Shopdibz Creator Program and working with participating brands. By joining the program, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Creator partners must be at least 18 years old, have a mobile-verified Shopdibz account, and provide an eligible Instagram or YouTube creator profile.
Each participating brand controls whether its program is active and publishes its own commission percentage.
Referral links remain eligible only while the brand program and creator relationship are active.
Creator partners must clearly disclose their relationship with Shopdibz whenever promoting products.
Fraudulent or misleading promotion methods can lead to immediate termination and withheld payouts.
Program Agreement And Eligibility
This agreement outlines the terms and conditions for participation in the Shopdibz Creator Program. By joining the Program, you, the Creator Partner, agree to be bound by these terms.
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- You must use a mobile-verified Shopdibz account and provide at least one Instagram or YouTube creator profile when applying.
- Your creator application must be approved by Shopdibz before you can access participating brand programs.
- You cannot be a competitor of Shopdibz or sell counterfeit products.
- Shopdibz reserves the right to decline any application for any reason.
Program Benefits And Commission
- Each participating brand sets and publishes its current commission percentage. The Creator Program does not promise one platform-wide commission rate.
- Approved creators can see brands with active programs. A brand may choose not to work with a particular creator.
- A creator link is available only while the selected brand's program is active and that brand accepts the creator. Shopdibz checks this again when a buyer opens the link.
- Commission is worked out for each qualifying delivered item using the percentage shown by the brand and the item's qualifying sale value.
- Your qualifying earnings are shown for each order. Approved payments are scheduled after the post-delivery waiting period and credited to your Shopdibz wallet.
Affiliate Responsibilities
- Promote only products from brands that currently accept your referrals, using the creator links provided for those brands.
- Clearly disclose your relationship with Shopdibz as an affiliate whenever promoting products.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding online advertising and marketing.
- Maintain a website or platform that is free from offensive or illegal content.
- Drive high-quality traffic to Shopdibz.
- Check the current brand commission and program status before publishing or reusing a referral link.
Prohibited Activities
- Spamming or using unsolicited emails to promote Shopdibz products.
- Making misleading or deceptive statements about Shopdibz or its products.
- Using incentivized traffic, such as offering discounts or rewards for clicking affiliate links, unless pre-approved by Shopdibz.
- Placing affiliate links on websites or platforms with violent, hateful, or discriminatory content.
- Using cookie stuffing or other fraudulent methods to generate clicks or sales.
- Promoting Shopdibz products through PPC campaigns using Shopdibz brand terms unless pre-approved by Shopdibz.
Termination, Payment, And Contact
Shopdibz may terminate or block a creator account for violations, fraud, inactivity, or other program risks. A participating brand may disable its program or end its relationship with a specific creator, and a creator may leave a brand program.
When a brand program or creator relationship becomes inactive, associated referral links are no longer eligible and may be removed from buyer URLs before checkout.
Commissions are recorded for qualifying delivered items that have not been cancelled or refunded. Approved payments are scheduled after the post-delivery holding period and may be credited to the creator's Shopdibz wallet. Shopdibz may reverse or withhold payment for returns, refunds, links that were no longer eligible, policy violations, or suspected fraud.
Shopdibz is not responsible for any content published on your website or platform. You are solely responsible for the content and functionality of your website.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Shopdibz may modify this agreement at any time by posting the revised version on the website, and continued participation after the revised agreement is posted constitutes acceptance of the changes.
